Design executive fostering human-driven innovations

“I believe we can (re)design the world surrounding us if we creatively empower people with a Design behavior.

With over 20 years of diverse product development experience, I have worked as a design consultant and in-house executive for diverse sectors, from health to banking, adding seven years of university teaching experience. As a mentor at Unreasonable, I collaborated alongside Nobel Prize winners and entrepreneurs to assist Latin American startups. One notable achievement was coordinating the Brazilian Design Sectorial Plan, outlining objectives for the country's design culture growth. At Fjord Latam, I exceeded sales targets through service redesign, achieving significant growth. Similarly, I established the first Experience Design team at Accenture Interactive Colombia, contributing to the sales increase and, more recently, I built the CX Design team at Dasa, Latam's largest integrated health network.

At Whirlpool Latam, I pioneered the Experience Design area, reducing call center contacts. Developed the "Design Hub Natura," leading to cost reductions and a third-party evaluation tool redesign, revamped Sennheiser's Design and Innovation process, enabling a six-fold expansion of the internal team, and co-designed the highly acclaimed Spirit ceiling fan, representing the Brazilian Design on a commemorative stamp with the Campana brothers.

I have received over 50 design awards, including Red Dot, If Design, IDEA Brazil, and IDEA USA. Elected one of Brazil's 30 most admired UX designers in 2018. I was a juror at prestigious events such as the Cannes Lions Festival and the Bienal de Design Brasil, gave over 100 lectures and masterclasses on Design and Innovation, spoke at prominent events and institutions, co-authored the book "The Design Revolution.", the book "Patient Experience. In theory and lots of practice" and listed as one of the protagonists of the transformation of Design at Whirlpool Latam in "Design Delights Innovation Surprises!" by Mario Fioretti.

My experience, achievements, product development, and design contributions have driven growth, innovation, and social impact across industries and geographies.
