Redefining the product archetype in order to reshape the market.

From initial user research to China production, +20 SKUs opened up a profitable new product category.

 

Intelbras is a Brazilian communication company that was migrating to the security industry. With an immersive process that stater with consumer and customer research, we were able to identify new markets opportunities and develop new products codes that contribute to this business unit's success. From the psychological study from the fear till the final engineering and pilot production in China we designed the whole portfolio with more than 20 SKUs in only 11 months.
