A new way of designing products that helped reposition Brazilian brands and was replicated globally.

 

Implemented Whirlpool Latam's Experience Design area (replicated globally). The team and newly introduced process were responsible for delivering several new products for the whole line, impacting a reduction of human call center contacts by over 10% due to the decrease in the Non-Technical Service Rating (NTSR). In the same period, we achieved +400% in spontaneous media return due to new product Design and colors.
